Access

Level access to foyer and auditorium. Seats in the stalls are reached via a ramp not stairs.

Please inform us if you are a wheelchair user at the time of booking – seats are available in Row E. Please be assured that all of our seats offer an excellent, unobstructed view.

An accessible toilet is located in the foyer.

There is no parking (including for blue badge holders) at the theatre. For nearby parking, please visit the Find Us page.

Hearing System

We have an induction loop in the auditorium for hearing aid users. Please switch your hearing device to the ‘T’ position.

Essential Companions

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support.

We offer discounted Essential Companion tickets for visitors who hold an Access Card featuring the +1 or +2 symbol. To book your tickets online, add the Essential Companion tickets to your basket, along with the ticket for the Access Card holder. You’ll then be asked to enter the Access Card details to verify eligibility before you can proceed to checkout.

If you don’t have an Access Card, You can apply for a free Thame Players Theatre Digital Access Pass so you can book an Essential Companion ticket for your visit. Once you have applied and it has been approved, the ID number issued will be valid for 3 years and can be used for future visits to our theatre. Just follow the same booking process as outlined above, adding the tickets to your basket and enter your DAP details when prompted.

Assistance Dogs are permitted. Please book a wheelchair space and inform us at the time of booking.

Additional Seating Information

Individual seating is arranged side-by-side without intervening armrests. Our seats are approximately 46cm wide by 43cm deep, providing leg room of approximately 27cm to the row in front. There is additional legroom in row E.
